The project management team acts as a single point of contact for our customers and assumes overall management of the planning and execution team. As a result, the focus is on the project, which means that decisions are made on a "best for project" basis, thus ensuring that the project runs smoothly.

The Project Management Office (PMO) supports both the project management and the planning and execution team. The most important tasks of the PMO include developing uniform standards for project management, supporting the project team through efficient knowledge and resource management and creating the basis for controlling by the PM.
